President Phipps continues to contribute to community, both locally in Central Pennsylvania and beyond, through her contributions to news stories and other publications. She has also been recognized by various organizations and media outlets.
In October 2023, President Phipps was named a . This award recognizes, 鈥渆xtraordinary women for their outstanding service and contributions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.鈥 President Phipps and other women leaders were honored at the Pennsylvania Governor鈥檚 Residence with a ceremony by Governor Josh Shapiro and DDPA President Bibiana Boerio.
