Campus residences are closed from noon on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 until Sunday, December 1st, 2024 at 8am and in order to stay on campus you must complete the Break Request Form. Thanksgiving Break housing requests are due by Wednesday, November 20th at noon. After November 20th, there is a $10 late fee for anyone approved for break housing. If you have filled out the form you have been approved to remain on campus.
Please recognize that over Break staffing and resources may be limited across campus. Some "normal" things will be affected including:
*Some floors/sections may need to be closed for maintenance or cleaning, requiring students to find another place to stay.
*The floor bathrooms will only be cleaned once during the week.
*Cleaning and maintenance staff may be on the floors/sections as early as 7:30 a.m.
*Staffing and resources may be limited across campus
*You must apply for Break housing in order to receive card access and there is no visitation access
*Students staying on-campus are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct. If a student does not uphold the Code of Conduct he/she will be required to leave campus until after residence halls reopen.
