This project is underway and moving along nicely. The contractor has been working around conferences which accounts for some down time.
May 2010 -
Kelly heat pump project work started on May 17, 2010. The contractor will be working around conferences to complete this project.
April 2010 -
During summer 2010, the individual apartment heat pumps for Kelly Residence will be replaced. Twelve units were replaced last summer. The remaining units will be replaced this summer.
