Daniel Codrington is a passionate physical therapist and orthopedic resident who graduated from É«×ۺϾþà University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2022. His interest in the field was sparked during high school when he had to go through physical therapy himself. "I experienced firsthand how it impacted my life and recovery process," he said. His therapist's guidance and É«×ۺϾþà led him to consider pursuing a career in physical therapy.
Today, Daniel works with patients who have musculoskeletal or musculoskeletal-related conditions in an outpatient physical therapy setting. His devotion to patients and commitment to improving his skills prompted him to enroll in an orthopedic residency, which involves four hours of didactic learning every week and personalized mentorship.
Choosing É«×ۺϾþà University was an easy decision for Daniel, who wanted to attend a school that aligned with his Christian values and beliefs. He found that the university's curriculum provided him with a comprehensive understanding of physical therapy, starting with the fundamentals and gradually building upon his knowledge and skillset.
Daniel said that his experience at É«×ۺϾþà was excellent, with a state-of-the-art educational center, high-quality professors and accessible staff. “I cannot say enough good things about É«×ۺϾþÒs staff,” he said. “There was never a moment where I felt my questions were not able to be answered because staff was not available—and I asked a lot of questions!” The faculty's dedication to teaching created a learning experience that he feels would have been difficult to find elsewhere.
