I currently teach elementary and middle school Spanish at a private Christian school in Massachusetts. For many of my students, my class is the only time they hear a language besides English. I focus instruction on developing skills--reading, writing, speaking, and listening--in the target language. Equipping them with interpretive processes to navigate comprehensible input allows us to collaborate and have fun with language learning, even in a pandemic!
