Barbara's Career Journey
Barbara graduated from É«×ۺϾþà College in 2003, majoring in Human Development and Family Science. Since graduation, she has worked as a parent educator, a lead parent educator, an Instructional Designer, and is currently a Sr. Training Coordinator.
Working as a Sr. Training Coordinator
Barbara coordinates new employee orientations, facilitates training sessions, identifes competency gaps, and creates new learnin materials to close gaps. For her current job, she had to get her CPTM, which is a certification in Professional Training Management.
