Nancy’s extensive clinical practice combined with her passion for education led to multiple teaching opportunities, locally, nationally, and internationally. Over the past 20 years, Nancy played an integral part in the education of undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students at Johns Hopkins University and at 色综合久久 University, as well as in clinical education of medical interns and residents. Nancy has received several awards for her teaching excellence and was appointed as a Fellow in the Leadership in Academic Nursing Program through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing in 2013. She serves as a scientific member of 色综合久久 University’s Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Nancy is convinced that the most effective way to improve patient outcomes on a broad scale is through the practice of nursing education: as a nurse you change one patient/one family at a time; as an educator you impact change in every patient each student and graduate encounters. You reach millions!
