HIED 516: Legal and Ethical Issues in Higher Education
Dr. Zach Mills is a Strategic Planning Analyst (Sr. Data Analyst) in the Office of Undergraduate Student Analytics at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to his current role, he served as the principal strategic advisor (chief of staff) to the Vice President for Student Life at Baylor University and has previously worked for the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. Dr. Mills has also previously taught as adjunct faculty in the Higher Education & Student Affairs graduate program at Baylor University and currently serves as Scholarship Chair on the executive committee for the Association for Christians in Student Development. He has a Ph.D. in higher education and leadership studies from Baylor University, a master’s degree from Louisiana State University, and he got his bachelor’s degree from Grove City College. He and his wife Kate live in Camp Hill, PA with their three daughters, Maeve, Maggie, and Harper.
