Leah Harter has worked in the private practice setting as a licensed counselor since 2000. Her specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, relationship problems, grief, low self-esteem, conflict management, anger, boundaries, forgiveness, premarital couples and women’s issues.

Leah received a B.A. in Christian Education from Wheaton College and a Masters in Counseling and Youth and Family Ministries from Denver Seminary in 1997.

In addition to talk therapy, Leah has specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Leah conducts seminars and workshops on trauma, suicide prevention, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, marriage, parenting, self-esteem, managing stress, and boundaries for both teen and adult audiences.
